About the event

All too often, we face conflicts in many of our relationships. Be it conflicts in our romantic relationships, familial relationships, friendships, relationships with our bosses and colleagues, or even relationships with strangers, we’ve all faced it.

Instead of pointing fingers and blaming the conflict on another person, have you ever turned inward to reflect on yourself? How often do these conflicts happen because we’re too attached to the notions of “I’M right”, “This is MINE”, and “These are MY ideas”?

This 20th July, join us as we hear more about this topic from Ven. Thubten Damcho, a Buddhist nun from the Tibetan tradition who was born and raised in Singapore. Let’s journey together and explore how we can transcend our attachment to this idea of a ‘self’ and create more harmonious, genuine, and thriving relationships.
